Background:
La Bohème marks the feature-film debut of Olivier Award–winner Robin Norton-Hale, Artistic Director and CEO of English Touring Opera.

Music director Alice Farnham is an acclaimed professional conductor and the founder and Artistic Director of RPS Conductors. 

Matthew McKinney, who plays central male character Rodolfo, is a recipient of the prestigious Kathleen Ferrier Award. 

This version was first performed on stage by the company Opera Up Close to huge critical acclaim, winning Best New Opera Production at the 2011 Laurence Olivier Awards. Continuing to perform to sellout audiences at London’s Little Opera House and London’s Soho Theatre, it has recently become the world’s longest continuously running opera.
