Devoting a few hours a week to volunteering at the theatre is a rewarding way of supporting a much-loved, community-focused arts venue. It is also lots of fun!
Our dedicated team of volunteers really are the backbone of the theatre and without them, we simply couldn’t survive.

Sponsorship
Sheringham Little Theatre offers three annual levels of sponsorship, Footlight, Limelight and Spotlight.
With our Footlight package costing the equivalent just under £13.50 per week, this is a very affordable way to advertise your business to a significant audience whilst supporting a local arts charity.
We also offer sponsorship of individual shows and films for as little as £50+VAT meaning that no matter what your budget is, there’s an opportunity to collaborate with us.

Little Theatre Drama Groups
Adult Drama
We also hold Adult Drama sessions at the theatre once a month on a Saturday, 10.00-13.00. These informal, fun sessions are a great place for adults of any experience to come and ‘play’. For more information and the next date please email dramagroups@sheringhamlittletheatre.com.
Youth Drama
Here at Sheringham Little Theatre we are proud to run multiple drama groups for young people which provide an opportunity for young people to come together, develop performance skills and have lots of fun in our friendly, weekly sessions.
Monday Nights – St Josephs Hall
- Act One Juniors – 17.00-18.00 – ages 7-11 – These are informal, fun sessions to build confidence, make friends and play. The sessions include drama games and exercises, devising and script work. All welcome – just turn up! £5 per child per session paid on arrival.
- Focus Juniors – 18.15-19.15 – ages 10-14 – This is a group for young people who think they might like to work in the performance industry in the future. Sessions will build skills and confidence, working to a more focused syllabus. These sessions will be fun but focused. Entry by audition only.
Wednesday Nights – St Josephs Hall
- Act One Seniors – 19.00-20.00 – ages 12-18 – These are informal, fun sessions for young people to come together, to find their people. They involve drama games/exercises, devising and script work but also build confidence and create friendships. All welcome – just turn up! £5 per child per session paid on arrival.
- Focus Seniors – 20.00-21.00 – ages 15-18 – This is a group for young people who think they might like to work in the performance industry in the future. Sessions will build skills and confidence, working to a more focused syllabus. These sessions will require focus and dedication. Entry by audition only.
Whether your young person is a regular on stage or has never performed before we would love to welcome them to Act One Drama Groups.
