A ghostly thriller will unfold in the grounds and grand rooms of a Norfolk stately home in a newly-adapted drama.

Drama has played a major part in the long life of evergreen amateur actress Thelma Torr as she waits in the wings for her next role - at the age of 92.

A seven-strong professional cast, plus a bevy of backstage people, are rehearsing one play during the day, performing another in the evening, gearing up for another in the wings, then stepping back for “encores” as dramas return after a short break.
